End of April 2014 we spent a wonderful week at “Villa La Marinedda”. We were greeted heartily by the very friendly hosts Marcello, Vittorio and Elisabetta. The house is just beautiful and we felt “at home” right away. Each evening we could watch spectacular sunsets while sitting on the cozy sofa. In the garden everything is lovely arranged and felt just like an outside living room. It was a lot of fun spending time there, spotting the ocean and breathing the good and salty air. Since we have two little kids, we were very happy with the pretty wall that surrounds the house and garden. The location of the house was just perfect for us. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street. It’s a beautiful beach with very clear water. Also nearby we found idyllic walks for little hikes. Hence, we hardly needed our car during the week. Isola Rossa, the village nearby, is very small but has everything one needs: little grocery markets, an ice cream parlor and places where you can enjoy very good pizza... delicious! Thank you for an unforgettable week! Time passed by way too fast and we hope we can make it to “Villa La Marinedda” again some time soon.

Martin et famille de trois personnes - May 2014
Quelques points sont certes à améliorer en ce qui concerne la maison, et l'accès aux commerces d'Isola Rossa se fera plus facilement en voiture (2 min maxi), mais cela est vite oublié grâce à une vue exceptionelle sur un bord de mer unique en son genre, avec la plage directement en contrebas (300m), des rochers de part et d'autre, et la tour d'Isola Rossa là bas, au loin. Un air de Bretagne, pour ceux qui connaissent. L'endroit est calme, la route étant peu fréquentée. Ambiance unique. Une magnifique ballade en bord de mer vous y attends. Acceuil très chaleureux du propriétaire, ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Orientation plein sud. Compter 1H45 de l'aéroport d'Olbia, mais ca vaut le coup !

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und perfekt für erholungssuchende Gäste, absolut ruhig und mit tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Vom Nachbargrundstück haben wir nichts mitbekommen.
Der Strand ist ca. 300m entfernt und gepflegt, dort findet ihr auch eine Strandbar.
Weitere Restarants und Supermärkte sind auch bequem zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in Isola Rossa erreichbar. Ansonsten ist ein Auto zu empfehlen, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden.
Der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr nett und bemüht sich alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Als wir da waren war die Gartenausstattung noch nicht perfekt und wurde leider erst im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts geliefert. DAs war ein kleines Manko, sonst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
We are coming to Marinedda for over 8 years now and had rented the Villa Marinedda for the first time. We stood there early June 2014.
It is a beautiful place with a lovely small garden around it with fresh herbs (great for cooking). The bougainvillea on the stairs and the great views from the garden and roof top are stunning
and the interior made us feel welcome and "home" from the very first minute. The inside is homely and you can stand even a few rainy days on the sofas reading.
We found everything that we needed - in the bathroom, the kitchen, the garden - all necessary equipment was there and Vittorio even provided the basics for an italian breakfast as we were
arriving late on Saturday.
We were only missing a dish washer and longer beds - if you are taller than 180 cm they might be too short.
The hole place was very clean - outside and inside.
The Villa is not cheap - but worth its price. We were just traveling with 2 adults and a kid - but we did not regret a single cent.
Vittorio and Marcello are very kind and helpful and helped us with any possible piece of information around the hiking walks or the next WLAN-spot etc...

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett das andere mit Doppelbett und Stockbett. Großer Wohnbereich. 200 Meter bis zu einem schönen Sandstrand. Super Blick vom Haus auf genau diesen Strand in einer Bucht.
